Train Show management assigns tables and space on a first come-first served basis.
Vendors are required to make a 25% deposit at time of registration. If we place you in the show the deposit is non-refundable until we can refill the table(s) that have been set aside for you. If we receive your registration packet after the show has been filled, your request will be placed on a waiting list. If we cannot place you in the show your deposit will be returned. You will be informed of your status. Make sure your contact information is current and legible.
The train show provides table/space to qualified exhibitors.
